This page explains when refunds are available and what is not refundable. We keep it simple, fair, and consistent.

14-Day Setup Guarantee

You have 14 days from the day you sign up to request a refund. We start setup work right away, so this policy is based on whether setup work has started.

Full Refund (Eligible)

  • You request a refund before your setup call and before any setup work starts.

Partial Refund (Eligible)

  • If a setup call has occurred or setup work has started, setup work is non-refundable.
  • If you qualify, we may refund your subscription charges only.

To Qualify for a Refund Request

  • Attend your setup call, or reschedule within 7 days.
  • Follow the setup steps in the setup guide we provide.
  • Submit your request within 14 days of purchase.

How to Request a Refund

  • Email support@painlessbooking.com with the subject line: Refund Request.
  • Include the email used for purchase and a short reason for the request.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days.

Chargebacks and Abuse

Abuse of the refund or chargeback process may result in account suspension or termination. Chargebacks submitted in violation of this policy may void refund eligibility.

Short Legal Version

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. If setup work has started or a setup call has occurred, setup work is non-refundable. If eligible, subscription charges may be refunded. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days.
